Our founder, who has personal experience with dysphagia, understands the challenges and importance of proper texture-modified diets. With a background in the care industry, and over 20 years of experience as a chef we are committed to providing high-quality, flavorful nutrient dense foods combined with a hands on IDDSI Training service to support the needs of food service providers, caregivers and individuals with dysphagia. Our hands-on approach and personalized training, ensure that our clients feel confident and empowered in providing safe and tasty textures for those in their care.
